Description:  NextLevel is experiencing a network outage for the servers controlling Texas area clients, impacting all voice services. Our engineers are currently troubleshooting and working to restore connectivity.

Update :  11/14/2022 10:30 AM PST: Our engineering team is currently deployed at the server sites and are continuing to troubleshoot and working to restore connectivity.

Update :  11/14/2022 12:00 PM PST: Our engineering team is currently working to restore the primary fiber connection for the voice server.

Update:  11/14/2022 12:20 PM PST: The secondary voice server was brought back online, which restored some services. Clients may still be experiencing audio quality issues and unusable features. Our teams are diligently working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Update:  11/14/2022 1:45 PM PST: All voice services and functionality have been restored. If you continue to have choppy audio, please restart your phone to reestablish the connection to our primary server.
